This 8.6L (full pot capacity is23L) 2500W 3D keep warm catering multi cooker comes with X large size cooking 48 cups of raw rice and serving about 20-45 people .Besides traditional normal rice cooking,there are multiple cooking menus for Jasmine rice(typically long rice) ,Sushi rice(typically short rice),congee,soup,Stew .
The PCB thermal control and timer control are designed for the best cooking performance for different kinds of food. 
There are fully equipped keep warm elements around the cooker as well as in the lid for excellent warming for over 12hours.. The toal capacity is 23 liter,best equipment for restaurant,hotels , cafes ,school canteens ,etc.

The body housing of the cooker is one-piece structure to prevent rust as much as possible after long term use in a heavy duty kitchen .It is also robust to hold the heavy body and inner pot ,very easy to clean under salty,oily,mist environment.

The plastic lid is cool to touch after cooking and keeping warm for hours.

This cooker is a smart PCB controlled one for multiple cooking menus: Congee,soup,stew meat or other food, two seperated cooking programs professionally for Jasimine rice (typically long rice) and Sushi rice(typically medium and short rice)

An extra thick rice pot comes with non-stick coating ,making it very easy to clean after cooking. The non-stick coating is processed and controlled by our own factory ,which is able to pass 2H hardness test.
The level marking is embossed in the inner pot for built-to-last use. 

It is not only rice cooker but also reliable warmer to make your catering business fuss free service. The 3D keep warm technology consists of the warming element around the cooker body and also on top of the lid ,resulting a superior warming performance in the range of 60-80C,keep the fluffy rice and other food or soup best flavor and aroma after 12 hours.

A cool touch handle with safety lock to open lid 

An aluminium inner sheet in the lid is removable for easy cleaning after cooking.

A big capacity water drip collector is located under the lid hinge,which is completely remoable for easy cleaning.

A widened and thickened heating plate is equipped for reliable heating.
The oxidation of heating plate is to help heat distribute much more evenly as a protection for lifespan of heating plate.
